    Make the Visitor Centre your first stop in Greenwich

    The Visitor Centre at the Old Royal Naval College is a permanent exhibition illustrating the history of Greenwich and the Old Royal Naval College site over the last 500 years.

    Through rare artefacts, film footage and interactive models, you can explore Henry VIII’s palace, Wren’s Royal Hospital for Seamen and the Old Royal Naval College from Tudor times right up to the present day.

    It also houses Greenwich Tourist Information Centre where you can get information and advice about what to see and where to go in Greenwich, London and across the UK.

    You can also buy Oyster cards for travel on tubes, buses, trains, MBNA Thames Clippers and the Docklands Light Railway and tickets for MBNA Thames Clippers, Thames River Services & City Cruises boat services, plus coach tickets for National Express and Eurolines.

    Children and adults alike will enjoy the tourist trails and hands-on activities available.
