Soar above the clouds in a blissful Tibetan singing bowl sound-healing experience, enriched by live classical piano and violin. Immerse yourself in deep listening, rest, and reflection within the extraordinary surroundings of the Painted Hall.

Programme:

Bliss at the Painted Hall (15th September)
The guests say the 90 minutes Lie Down and Listen sessions are too short and ask to dwell for longer in the blissful states. In this session, you can gaze up at the extraordinary baroque ceiling and surround yourself with powerful vibrations for a 2 hour extended session.

The session will be led by leading philosophy and spiritual teacher – Zephyr Wildman – who will guide you through a deep relaxation before you surrender into softness. You’ll feel immersed in the powerful vibrations of gongs, Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls.

In this session you’ll get to experience Anastasija’s extraordinary music, an immersion of sound, bringing you into the present moment and echoing a world in constant transition. Her voice, layered with effects and loops, creates a sacred atmosphere, both primal and innovative. Drawing inspiration from Bulgarian choirs and drone music, she opens the space with ethereal vocal harmonies and rich reverb, crafting a meditative, immersive listening experience.

This immersive soundscape will transition into the heavenly sounds of SONY recording artist Cecilia de Maria.

Heavenly Voices (9th and 10th October)
The Choir of St Luke's, conducted by Jeremy Summerly
Feel a deep sense of peace as you lie down and listen to heavenly voices in the Painted Hall. Fully immersed and surrounded by the serene choral works of Arvo Part, Meredith Monk and Eric Whitacre, this lie-down concert invites you to feel as though you are floating among angels.

Divine Love Piano (11th and 12th December)
Close the year by opening your heart to deep connection with Divine Love. Pianist and founder Christina McMaster guides you through a deep meditation, followed by Tibetan bowl sound healing and a lie-down classical piano concert interwoven with poetry and vocals.
