Tai Chi in the Park

About

Join an open air Tai Chi class in the park this Summer!
This gentle exercise is a great way of building strength, combating stress and improving posture using slow, graceful, flowing movements. Breathe deep and connect with nature, make new friends and enjoy the beautiful setting of Greenwich Park.

Dress code: wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and soft shoes and bring water.

* Produced by Greenwich Dance and Artstrust Productions In partnership with Greenwich Park, as part of Greenwich Park Revealed, with support from the National Lottery Heritage fund and National Lottery Community Fund and a Royal Borough of Greenwich Innovation Grant.
