Come along for an unforgettable evening of Shakespearean comedy in the enchanting setting of Charlton House & Gardens.

Charlton House is proud to announce that Shakespeare in the Squares will return this summer to celebrate their eighth anniversary with a new production of “The Taming of the Shrew.” This lively performance promises a battle of wits, wills, and wild romance, all set to toe-tapping pop classics. The production will be directed by Toby Gordon.

Seating is provided but unreserved. Charlton House’s onsite café, Frilly’s Tea Room, will be open during the event, offering a selection of treats ranging from coffee and cake to afternoon tea.

NOTE: If you plan to picnic, please take away all your rubbish when leaving.

* The audience are encouraged to picnic before the show from 5:30pm.
