A new workshop for forever families that has been created to support foster and adoptive families

About

The first of a new series of workshops created to provide space for foster and adoptive families, with children under 13 years, to spend time getting to know each other in a fun and friendly environment.

These sessions are an opportunity for families to engage in creative activities in a safe and welcoming space. The sessions are as much about families having fun together as they are about meeting other local families.

Safe Harbour has been created in consultation with support organisations including We Are Family, and local foster and adoptive families.

While booking your ticket;
- Book one ticket per family
- As part of your booking, inform who will be coming and any needs within your family. These details will only be shared with the facilitator to support your visit.
- If the session is sold out, you are able to register on a waiting list. You will be contacted automatically if a space opens up for your family.
