Robert Will SHow You the Door (Tales of Being Fired)

About

Acclaimed New York, solo performer, Susan Jeremy makes her London debut in her extraordinary one-woman show, Robert Will Show You the Door (Tales of Being Fired). This laugh-out-loud memoir transforms a lifetime of firings, false starts, and fearless reinvention into an entertaining evening of live theater.

The show traces Jeremy’s winding path through an astonishing range of jobs — from a roller-skating cigarette girl — to an usher at Radio City Music Hall — to a substitute school teacher. At every turn, Jeremy is ‘shown the door' — FIRED!

With electric stage presence, dazzling comedic charm, and an encyclopedic command of accents, Jeremy portrays 15 vivid characters on a minimalist stage that becomes a kaleidoscope of workplaces.

Hilarious, heartfelt, and brimming with humanity, Robert Will Show You the Door is a must-see celebration of resilience, self-discovery, and turning rejection into creative fuel.
