Enjoy an evening of delights with a Scandinavian-inspired dinner in the King William Undercroft, followed by an exclusive viewing of the Painted Hall, fizz on the Colonnades, and tickets to wander down to the Lower Grand Square for a prime view of Borealis.

Dinner will include such northern specialities as Laphroaig Whisky-cured salmon, Swedish meatballs with salt baked beets or roasted roots, puy lentil and OST PRÄST cheese pithivier, ending with a delicious lingonberry and orange cheesecake topped with gingersnap crumb and toasted pine sugar. An extensive wine list will be available to peruse and book in advance of the evening.

Timings:              
- 7:00pm Arrive
- 7:15pm Seated for dinner
- 8:45pm Exclusive view of the Painted Hall
- 9:15pm Prosecco on the Colonnades
- 9:30pm Proceed to Lower Ground Square for view of Borealis
