About

Let your mind and body be illuminated with an energising 75-minute Mandala Vinyasa yoga practice in the calm serenity of the Painted Hall, featuring the stunning installation Coalescence, followed by a delicious and healthy brunch in the Undercroft Café.

Mandala Vinyasa yoga is a playful, creative, and dynamic practice to satisfy and challenge the body and mind. This session will be led by Katarina Rayburn, co-founder of yoga studio Kindred in Deptford.

The class is open to those beginning their yoga journey and advanced practitioners. The only prerequisites are a love of yoga, good vibes and delicious food.

There are two 2 brunch options to choose from:
- Smashed avocado, chilli & tomato, rocket on sourdough (vegan)
- Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough
All served with a selection of herbal teas.
* A gluten free alternative for the sourdough will be available – please request on booking. A selection of coffees and pastries are also available to purchase in the Café.

NOTE: Mats are not provided, hence you will need to bring your own. The Painted Hall is temperature controlled for conservation purposes and can be cold, you are therefore recommend to bring extra layers of clothing and a blanket for the savasana relaxation at the end. There are changing facilities available, but no showers.
