Canopy is an immersive sound installation for forests, woodlands and urban parks. Joyful, hopeful, and thought-provoking, Canopy celebrates the profound connection between humans and trees.

The powerful relationship between humanity and our oldest neighbours, trees, is explored in this immersive experience.

Follow a woodland trail featuring ingenious design, storytelling, sound and music featuring the voices of over 500 contributors including local children, young people, ecologists, artists and musicians.

About Tump 53
Tump 53 Nature Reserve is a unique outdoor learning and nature space, with woodland, ponds, a lake and meadow to explore.

Reopened by Peabody in 2018, it has welcomed thousands of local children, families and residents to discover wildlife, learn new skills and enjoy spending time in nature.

Schools, community groups and organisations can hire Tump 53 for outdoor learning sessions, guided activities and events, with half-day and full-day programmes available. Find out more at: Tump 53 Nature Reserve – Thamesmead.
