About

Join the National Youth Jazz as they play a festive set, filled with Big Band Christmas classics and more.

The NYJO Under 18s will be playing the music they've been working on during the term – including pieces by Sun Ra and Fela Kuti – led by Musical Directors Winston Clifford and Olivia Murphy.

This will be followed by the NYJO Emerging Professionals, showcasing some of the best up-and-coming UK jazz talent, who are preparing a set of Christmas standards under the direction of Mark Armstrong.

* Suitable for ages 12+
