This special baby and yoga class takes place inside the meditative, transformative world of the Luminarium. The structure's glowing colours and light creates a unique, calm setting for you and your baby to relax, move, and connect. Designed specifically for the postnatal period, the classes gentle flow of moves and poses allows you to stretch and strengthen without strain alongside moments to pause, breathe and bond with your baby. Babies are also incorporated into the class, and will be able to enjoy songs and rhymes during the session, as part of the experience. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga expertise, from seasoned pros to absolute beginners. All are welcome to enjoy this truly special session.

NOTE: Participants should bring their own yoga mats.

Visitors will also be given exclusive access away from the crowds to explore the Luminarium for around fifteen minutes after the session ends.
