From yoga beneath the Painted Hall ceiling to inspiring talks, sound baths, reflexology, journaling and a vibrant wellbeing market, discover a carefully curated programme designed to help you slow down, restore your energy and leave feeling refreshed.

The Greenwich Wellbeing Retreat brings together trusted practitioners, inspiring speakers and immersive experiences across our site. Whether you’re looking to move, relax, learn something new or simply enjoy time in beautiful surroundings, you’ll find activities to suit every stage of your wellbeing journey.

Throughout the day you can enjoy yoga, sound baths, expert talks, cacao ceremonies, reflexology, journaling workshops, health screenings, tarot readings and relaxing treatments, alongside a curated wellbeing market featuring independent brands and practitioners.

Morning Yoga and Private Painted Hall Tour
Yoga: 8am | Painted Hall | 45 Min
Private Tour: 9am | Painted Hall | 1 Hour
Begin your day with a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class in the spectacular Painted Hall, led by Kindred Yoga Studio. Suitable for all experience levels, this gentle morning session is followed by a private guided tour of one of Britain’s greatest painted interiors, giving you the opportunity to experience this extraordinary space before it opens to the public.

Parent and Baby Yoga
11am | Admiral’s House | 1 Hour
Bond with your baby in a welcoming yoga class designed for new parents. Enjoy gentle movement, breathing exercises and mindful relaxation while connecting with other local families in a unique setting.

Talks: Calm Within
1pm | Chapel of St Paul & St Peter | 1 Hour
Hear from wellbeing experts exploring practical ways to manage stress, improve sleep and build everyday resilience. Leave with simple techniques and evidence-based advice to support your wellbeing.

Talks: Balance for Her
2pm | Chapel of St Paul & St Peter | 1 Hour
Explore women’s health with talks covering nutrition, hormones, gut health and healthy lifestyle habits. Designed to offer practical advice you can take away and apply in everyday life.

Cacao Ceremony
4pm | Admiral’s House | 2 Hours
Slow down and reconnect during a guided cacao ceremony combining ceremonial cacao with meditation and mindful reflection in a peaceful setting.

All-Day Wellbeing Experiences
Alongside the scheduled programme, enjoy a selection of wellbeing experiences available throughout the day. Take time to pause with a reflexology session, join a guided journaling workshop, or treat yourself to a relaxing massage. Whether you dip into one activity or spend the day exploring, these drop-in experiences offer plenty of opportunities to unwind, reflect and recharge at your own pace.

Evening Experiences
End your retreat with two exclusive evening experiences in the Painted Hall.

Lie Down & Listen x Rapid Tapping
6.30pm | Painted Hall | 1.5 Hours
Join Rapid Tapping founder Poppy Delbridge for a deeply restorative session combining guided tapping, immersive sound and live performance. Featuring vocalist Anastasija and harpist Cecilia de Maria, this unique experience is designed to calm the nervous system and encourage relaxation.

Lie Down & Listen x Spinal Energetics
8.30pm | Painted Hall | 1.5 Hours
Experience the immersive combination of Lie Down & Listen with Spinal Energetics, led by the UK practitioner team and Zephyr Wildman. Live vocals, harp and sound combine with guided energy work to create a deeply restorative evening experience. Some participants may be invited to receive hands-on treatment during the session.
