Blackheath Family Fun Day & Children's Book Festival

About

Join the Blackheath Family Fun Day for a very special opportunity to meet world-renowned author and poet, Michael Rosen, who will be performing his classic book 'We're Going On A Bear Hunt' and signing books at the Children's Book Festival. He will be joined by a host of exciting children's authors including Christian Foley, Rachael Mortimer, Jane Lightbourne and others, for a full programme of readings, workshops and book trails.

And the fun doesn't stop there! Professor Strange from ITV's Britain's Got Talent will perform his marvellous magic, marvel at the bubblologist and stilt walkers, get up close and friendly with Jambs Owls and The Wiggly Wild Show, shop local from 45 makers and crafters at the Solo Craft Fair, enjoy bouncy castles, games, cars from the movies, arts and crafts, face painters, charity stalls, food and licensed bar and much more!

Tell your friends and family, and come and join us for a great day of family entertainment!

Entry and programmed events are FREE (charges apply for some optional activities)
