About

Tramshed is a theatre company and community arts hub based in the heart of Woolwich. It’s also a registered charity with a mission to serve the community and use the arts as an agent for change.

Tramshed’s performing arts programmes are created for young people and for adults with learning differences and disabilities. Artist development and career opportunities within the arts are always prioritised.

Following a complete renovation in 2019, the Tramshed includes a 160-seat main theatre, two studios, a media suite, step free access and accessible bathrooms and changing facilities.

Now home to numerous and diverse community groups, Tramshed can be trusted to put on great shows for a first-class, local night out!
