Greenwich has a fantastic range of attractions and there’s plenty to do all year round. Home to a rich and diverse history of royalty, seafaring, science and engineering with some truly glorious architecture.

Visit the stunning Royal Observatory, home of Greenwich Mean Time and the Prime Meridian of the world - the line of 0º Longitude. Stand here on the exact point where the eastern and western hemispheres meet and time begins. It's also home to London’s only Planetarium!

At the National Maritime Museum discover our proud maritime legacy at the official home of Britain’s nautical archive and museum collections. Plus, keep an eye out for their brilliant and fascinating seasonal exhibitions.

Next door, visit The Queen’s House, a beautiful neoclassical building, now an art gallery, frequently updated with new exhibitions from the National Maritime Museum’s incredible art collection.

Maritime Greenwich is also home to the beautiful and iconic Cutty Sark. Step aboard the main deck and stand triumphantly on the bow of the last remaining, and fastest tea-clipper in the world!

Just 8 minutes down river at Greenwich Peninsula you’ll find the world’s most popular entertainment venue - The O2. It is famous for live shows from the best performers in the world as well as international sports tournaments. At Up at The O2 you can take a thrilling climb over the iconic roof to be rewarded with amazing 360º city-wide over London.

As well as the Arena, there’s plenty to do inside The O2 with a covered street full of bars and restaurants, an eleven-screen Cineworld cinema, wall-to-wall trampolining at Oxgen Freejumping and ICON Outlet where you can go big-name brand shopping at a fraction of the price.

A short walk away, the London Cable Car offers outstanding views, flying 90m above the river Thames for more stunning 360º views of the city skyline, The O2 and London's knight in shining armour, the Thames Barrier.
