Thrive's Winter Series will deliver a free, fun and interactive fitness and wellbeing programme until February 2022

About

Brought to you by The Hour

Thrive is a FREE winter series to support the community's health and wellbeing during the darker winter months.

Together with Peninsula-based wellness experts, The Hour, and some special guests, Thrive's Winter Series will deliver a fun and interactive fitness and wellbeing programme until February.

Wake up with Vinyasa Flow or stretch out after a hard day with Post-Work Yoga, Pilates and Barre. Look out for self-care Sundays, and networking sessions too.

Keep an eye on the changing weekly programme and don't forget to book your spot early!

* You must book a place in advance via the Eventbrite link.
