This sound bath with Cara offers a deep, restorative experience using alchemy crystal bowls

About

Step into a serene escape with Firepit’s sound bath experience led by Cara at the Firepit Art Gallery.

Take a moment to pause. This sound bath with Cara offers a deep, restorative experience using alchemy crystal bowls - made from pure quartz and infused with gemstones, crystals, and precious metals.

The frequencies and vibrations created during the session help calm the nervous system, soothe stress, and bring your mind into a state of relaxation. It’s a chance to unplug and reconnect - through sound.

What to Expect:
- Crystal alchemy soundscape guided by Cara
- A peaceful setting designed to support deep relaxation
- Transition from Beta (stress) to Alpha and Theta (calm and clarity) brainwave states
- A full-body experience at a cellular level

The alchemy crystal bowls Cara will play are made of 99.99% pure crystal quartz blended with precious metals, crystals and gemstones. This unique alchemy feature adds a healing intention to the sound and vibrations, along with information from the crystals that communicates with our system, adding another layer of subtle shifts and transformation. The vibrations, frequencies and sound will take you through a deep relaxation experience, reaching your body on a cellular level. Sound healing promotes a greater sense of balance, calm, relaxation, and release.

About the Host:
Cara has explored meditation and healing since 2005 and creates gentle, transformative spaces through sound. Her sessions draw on years of spiritual, therapeutic and meditative practice.
