Come along to the Greenwich Peninsula Meditation Group Session led by seasoned practitioner Cara Stimson and hosted by Firepit Art Gallery

About

Join Firepit’s meditation group, open to all levels, led by seasoned practitioner Cara Stimson. Focus on self-discovery and acceptance in our tranquil space, featuring a firepit and comfortable seating.

Firepit's unique venue is a space like no other, featuring beautiful artwork, artist studios, and a cozy community event area. Meditation takes place in a slightly sunken room with a firepit, wooden surroundings, and comfortable seating options.

Cara began her journey into meditation alongside yoga in 2005 and has since explored various therapeutic and spiritual practices to support self-discovery and acceptance. Her approach is grounded in creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all.

What to Bring: A small cushion for sitting or resting your head, and a light blanket to stay warm while still.
