As you focus on each knot, the calming, rhythmic process cultivates mindfulness, reduces stress, and offers a meaningful way to connect with Chinese culture.

Firepit Feels is a new, culturally-rooted pilot programme of workshops in Greenwich Peninsula, nurturing creative health and wellbeing - centering Global Majority, LGBTQIA+ & Neurodiverse communities from disadvantaged backgrounds.
