Get on board with some free stand-up paddleboard introductory taster lessons and yoga classes this September!

These free sessions include early morning SUP yoga classes as well as paddling coaching and initiation sessions throughout the day, hosted in Middle Dock and South Dock in Wood Wharf.

Those who have participated in the taster sessions can sign up for a fun social racing session, regardless of ability and experience on Friday afternoon between 3.30pm and 6.30pm.
