About

Interested in learning more about Woolwich Works and our beautiful buildings?
Come along to a Woolwich Works tour for a taste of its incredible history.

The architectural award-winning, Grade II and II* listed heritage buildings date back over 300 years and have some amazing stories to tell.

You will be led around a variety of our historic spaces by one of our guides and hear stories from the building’s past like London’s first fireworks displays, visits from Kings and Queens, Suffragette protests and more.

The tour will also show how the building has been restored and how it’s used today.

* This tour is free, so just turn up at the Visitors Book Café in time for the start of the tour at 11am. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes.
