Woolwich Works is looking for a Chef to manage their Visitors' Book Café kitchen.

The role of Chef, based in the Visitors' Book Café, will be to manage the small but busy kitchen. You will be preparing Breakfast & Brunch dishes to order, alongside a mixture of sandwiches, baked savouries, salads and soups to be served in our café at lunch times.

Alongside this Woolwich Works is expanding their in-house catering/hospitality business. You will be producing additional sandwich platters and other menu items to support activity in the amazing spaces being used for private hires and events.

You’ll be expected to support kitchen assistants, including training them to prepare the menu, prepare orders and serve food to a consistent and high standard.

Contract Type: Full Time 
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
