About

The Plumstead Centre is a newly refurbished leisure facility and cultural destination in the Plumstead area. It combines health & fitness, sports, performing arts and a library all under one roof. The centre consists of a sensitively refurbished Grade II listed public library built in the early 1900s with many original features retained, combined with a brand new leisure facility built as an extension.

The leisure and Arts elements include a 33 station gym with top of the range Technogym equipment, two dance studios which will form the base for a Performing Arts programme. Also included is a exciting soft play facility for under-8's, cafe, sports area with a badminton court as well as three meeting rooms and a large naturally lit open space for courses, hire and arts & culture events.
