There’s nothing much more indulgent than a delicate afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings, and that’s just what you’ll get when you visit Eltham Lodge. It’s one of south east London’s most elegant and historic buildings, set in a gloriously green and lovely landscape and home to Royal Blackheath Golf Club.

Explore the stunning grade 1 listed house and find out about the history behind the architecture and occupants dating back to Tudor times. The guides will take you through the rooms and share their knowledge of the many original artefacts and paintings.

After your tour sit back, relax and enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea in grand surroundings, overlooking 110 acres of beautiful parkland golf course. Freshly prepared seasonal menus include sweet and savoury pastries, sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam and unlimited coffee or speciality teas.
