Looking for;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel Reservation
• Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
• Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems

As Cluster Reservations Manager, you will:
• Lead the daily operations of the Reservations department, ensuring seamless and efficient processes are in place.
• Train and develop your team on all aspects of reservations including group and individual bookings.
• Maintain and adapt reservation systems to ensure maximisation of covers across the group.
• Implement and drive daily activities including guest profile updates, room allocation, changes to reservations, and group input.
• Monitor no-shows and last-minute cancellations and adapt reservations policy and overbooking tactics accordingly.
• Ensure all departmental procedures are executed to the highest standards of guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales and Group Revenue Manager to maximise revenue by managing all aspects of pricing, management of room inventory, and acceptance of bookings.
