An exceptional opportunity has arisen with Criterion Hospitality for an aspiring Cluster Revenue Manager to work with the senior team with the expansion in the ‘limited service’ hotel sector.

Duties and responsibilities for the Cluster Revenue Manager include but are not limited to:
• Roll out of RMS system for both hotels and hostels
• Pricing management via RMS for both hotels and hostels
• Develop a Commercial culture with the reservation team and Front of House
• Transform the current Reservations team into a digital-savvy communications team.
• Introduce a central group strategy for all brands.
• Review and introduce procedures that work across the portfolio.
• Assist the Commercial Director with the rollout of our new technology ecosystem.
• Assist Commercial Director with new openings including set up of PMS
