Looking for a CRM & Digital Assistant to join the Marketing team at The O2.
Working alongside the digital marketing team, this role is pivotal in ensuring that The O2 maintains a strong fan-first digital presence. Your digital expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our content is deployed on time and complies with core brand guidelines.
You’ll manage the day-to-day build and deployment of emails for the The O2 and wider destination, including Up at The O2 and Icon Outlet; segment data from our database to ensure all email targeting remains relevant; and provide ad-hoc campaign reporting, using learnings to inform future planning.
Whilst supporting the digital team in rolling out new show announcements across venue websites and social channels; you’ll assist in the management of screen content across The O2's Broadcast Network and commission digital assets from designers, occasionally creating content in-house where necessary.
You’ll support the digital team in scheduling relevant social content across all venue and destination channels and assist in the management of the venue app via our bespoke app CMS.
We’re looking for someone with experience in CRM marketing tools, preferably Adobe Campaign and databases and segmentation. You’ll be proficient in photo editing software, preferably Adobe Photoshop and mid to enterprise class Content Management Systems.
With experience using social networking platforms and scheduling tools, you’ll be a whizz at reporting and tracking tools e.g. Google Analytics or Omniture.
You’ll be able to build working relationships across a diverse range of people both internal and external.

Salary: £25,000-28,000 a year plus benefits

Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working conversations are welcome.
