Greenwich Tourist Information is at the Visitor Centre at the Old Royal Naval College.

Get information and advice about what to see and where to go in Greenwich, London and across the UK.  Pick up a visitor map and get online with free wi-fi.

Get help arranging a place to stay in Greenwich.  We also provide up-to-date information about disabled access accommodation.

There’s a wide range of maps and guides including cycling and walking maps plus a selection of local newspapers and magazines.

Greenwich Tourist Information desk is currently closed until further notice on reopening of Greenwich Attractions, according to government guidelines.

Buy Oyster cards for travel on tubes, buses, trains, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers and the Docklands Light Railway and tickets for Uber Boat by Thames ClippersThames River Services & City Cruises boat services, plus coach tickets for National Express and Eurolines.

Get tickets to http://www.thamesclippers.com/ some of London’s major visitor attractions including Madame Tussauds, the Tower of London, the London Eye and London bus tours as well as tickets for West End theatres.

You can buy tickets for Guided walks around Greenwich that leave the Visitor Centre  with Greenwich Tour Guides.  There are also half and full day walks with Greenwich Royal Tours.

Left Luggage

Leave your bags somewhere safe and secure

There’s a left luggage facility at the Tourist Information desk.  It costs £5.00 per item for up to 3 hours, £8.00 per item for up to 24 hours and £10.00 per item for each additional 24 hours period.  Luggage is accessible during opening hours only.

Change Euros and Dollars to Sterling and Order Currency for Collection
